Only by helping doctors around the world become good ones can we truly help patients everywhere receive proper treatment. This is the value of our work. The three top priorities of Chinese hospitals are hospital management, specialty construction and talent cultivation. Our goal for the next two decades is to cultivate 6,000 excellent doctors for Chinese hospitals. What defines an excellent doctor in Chinese hospitals? They should be people of integrity with noble character, broad knowledge, ambition, professional excellence, and a global mindset. Therefore, doctors must study diligently and accumulate knowledge, so that they can better serve the nation in the future. Gloryren cultivates 300 doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and fellows each year. We will have cultivated 6,000 doctors for Chinese hospitals in 20 years. These 6,000 carefully selected doctors will not only gain international perspectives, but learn genuine medical expertise from key academic leaders in Europe, and will become a force of integrity within Chinese hospitals beyond question. They are the hope of Chinese hospitals. Considering each of them conscientiously treats 3,000 outpatients and 600 inpatients on average yearly, An annual number of 21.6 million patients will be treated. Over a decade, that will be amount to 216 million patients receiving reliable treatment thanks to our work. These 6,000 excellent doctors will share the world’s finest medical resources provided by Gloryren, an international platform. In the future, patients will benefit more when all Chinese hospitals have better doctors. The way you treat your patients is the way the world treats you. Over the past seven years, our dedication to this work has been of great value to Chinese hospitals.
