尊敬的Leidinger教授，楊建平教授、欒波教授、陳后平教授，各位專家，各位朋友，大家下午好。受到新冠疫情的影響，我們不能進行現場的學術交流，只好通過線上的方式進行關于小兒骨科方面的學術研究。我們將與德國專家Prof. Leidinger，楊建平教授等國內的學者就小兒骨科的新進展、新技術、新方法等方面進行現場的交流和研討。

Good afternoon, dear Prof. Leidinger, Prof. Yang Jianping, Prof. Luan Bo, Prof. Chen Houping, and all experts and friends present. Influenced by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have to do academic exchanges on Pediatric Orthopaedics online instead of on-site activities. We’re having exchanges and discussions on the new progress, new technologies and new methods of Pediatric Orthopedics with Prof. Leidinger, an German professor,Prof. Yang Jianping and other domestic scholars.

我是貴州省骨科院的院長邱冰，我的專業是運動醫學。my major is sports medicine。首先我謹代表貴州省骨科醫院感謝各位專家教授在百忙之中蒞臨會議現場進行學術交流研討。我們也感謝仁醫醫療與貴州省骨科醫院就舉辦中德小兒骨科全球直播學術活動所做的一切努力。

I’m Qiu Bing, President of Guizhou Provincial Orthopaedics Hospital. My major is Sports Medicine. Firstly, on behalf of Guizhou Provincial Orthopedics Hospital, I’d like to thank all experts and professors for attending the meeting to have academic exchanges and discussions. I’d also express my gratitude to Gloryren for all its efforts in holding Sino-German Pediatric Orthopedics Global Live Webinar.

下面請允許我介紹一下我們醫院。貴州省骨科醫院始建于1969年，我們現在是一所三級甲等的專科醫院。現在有兩個院區，分別是南明院區和白云院區，今年我們的床位將達到1400張，也是我們目前西南地區最大的骨科醫院之一。

Let me introduce our hospital. Guizhou Provincial Orthopaedics Hospital, founded in 1969, is a Grade Three Level A specialized hospital with two hospital campuses, one in Nanming District and the other in Baiyun District. This year we’ll expand our beds to 1,400 and thus allowing us to be one of the largest orthopaedics hospitals in southwest China.

在50多年的發展過程當中，我們形成了以骨內科為基礎，疼痛科為特色，骨外科為支柱，康復科和其他學科為保障的強專科、精綜合的學科體系。近10年來我們通過依法治院、科技興院、人才強院、質量立院、文化榮院的戰略，通過改革促發展，激發員工的活力，通過創新提升我們的綜合服務能力，使醫院得到了快速的發展。特別是我們的亞學科進步非常快。目前我們有關節、脊柱、上肢創傷，下肢創傷、足踝、顯微外科、運動醫學、小兒骨科、骨腫瘤等9個亞學科專業。

During more than five decades of development, we’ve formed a specialized and comprehensive department system based on Departments of Osteopathy, characterized by Pain Medicine Department, supported by Orthopedic Surgery Department and strengthened by Rehabilitation Department and other departments. Over the past decade, the hospital has developed rapidly owning to the strategies of governing the hospital according to law, revitalizing the hospital through science and technology, strengthening the hospital through talents, basing the hospital on quality, and upholding the honor of the hospital through culture, promoting development through reform, stimulating the vitality of employees, and improving our comprehensive service ability through innovation. Our sub-specialties have made fast progress in particular. At present, we have nine sub-specialties, namely, Joint, Spine, Upper Extremity and Lower Extremity Trauma, Foot and Ankle Surgery, Microsurgery, Sports Medicine, Pediatric Orthopedics, and Bone Oncology.

我們在骨科疾病的保守治療和微創治療在業界也有很高的聲譽。我們的規模很大，我們保守治療有6個病區，常年保持在350個病人左右。尤其感到自豪的是，去年我們貴州省骨科醫院成為貴州省臨床重點學科，被貴州省衛健委推薦為國家臨床重點專科建設項目，骨內科、疼痛科、康復科和麻醉科也是貴州省重點建設專科。我們的小兒骨科在去年也正式單獨成科，在吳聲忠主任的帶領下發展勢頭良好。僅僅上個月，我們小兒骨科的手術就做了130多臺。

We enjoy a high reputation in conservative treatment and minimally invasive treatment of osteopathies among the medical field. Our scale is also as large as having six inpatient areas for conservative treatment and receiving about 350 patients for years. We are especially proud that last year some departments of our hospital were listed among key clinical departments at the provincial level and were recommended as key clinical specialty construction projects at the national level by Health Commission of Guizhou Province. And our Departments of Osteopathy, Pain Medicine, Rehabilitation and Anesthesiology have also become key construction specialties at the provincial level. For Pediatric Orthopaedics, it was officially divided into a new department last year and has showed good momentum under the leadership of Director Wu Shengzhong. For example, more than 130 pediatric orthopedic operations were performed last month.

今年隨著我院新院區的投入使用，我院的硬件設施明顯改善。一所環境一流、技術一流、服務一流的現代化、智能化、舒適化、綠色生態環保的醫院，將在保障人民健康方面發揮巨大的作用。我們這些圖片，就是我們新院區的硬件設施。

In this year, the facilities of our hospital will be significantly improved as the new campus was put into use. Our hospital will become more modernized, intelligentized, comfortable, green, ecological and environmental friendly with first-class environment, technology and services, thus playing a great role in protecting people’s health. These pictures show the facilities in our new campus.

我們近期也迎來了百年難遇的發展機會。我院與中國最著名的北京積水潭醫院合作共建骨科國家區域醫療中心取得了實質性的進展。再過幾天，我就要到北京見證貴州省政府與北京積水潭醫院正式簽約的歷史性時刻，這將是骨科醫院發展史上的新起點和一個新的里程碑。我們將與同行一道更加努力的工作，提高本地區骨科醫療技術的水平，保障人民的健康。

Recently, there have been precious development opportunities for our hospital. We have made substantial progress in cooperating with Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, the most famous hospital in China, to build a Regional Medical Center of Orthopedics at the national level. In a few days, I’ll go to Beijing to witness the historic moment when the government of Guizhou Province officially signed the contract with Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, which will be a new starting point as well as a new milestone in the development of our hospital. We’ll work harder with our peers to improve the orthopedic medical technology in this region and protect people’s health.

但是我們也深知貴州省是中國西部欠發達欠發展的省份，醫療技術、醫療水平和醫療人才與國外省內發達地區還存在較大的差距，還需要通過“請進來，走出去”的方式，提升我省骨科醫療水平、救治能力，引進和培養醫學人才，特別是小兒骨科方面的骨科人才。

However, we also know that Guizhou is an underdeveloped province in western China. There is still a large gap in medical technology, capacity and talents between Guizhou Province and developed regions at home and abroad. We still need to improve the medical capacity and treatment ability of orthopedics in our province by welcoming in specialists and sending out talents, and to introduce and cultivate medical talents, especially those in Pediatric Orthopedics.

我們因此也誠摯希望各位專家多關注貴州，特別是我們德國的專家，多關注貴州，支持我們，也給予更多的幫助。把先進的理念、先進的技術、先進的管理和人文關懷帶給我們，幫助我們提高綜合實力，更好地為人類健康服務，護佑生命做出更大的努力。

We sincerely hope that experts, especially those from Germany, pay more attention to Guizhou, support us and render us more assistance by introducing advanced ideas, technologies, management and humanistic care, thus improving our comprehensive strength to better serve patients and make more efforts to protect people’s life.
