
9月26日,中德微創脊柱外科視頻會議在無錫市第九人民醫院(無錫市骨科醫院)順利召開。慕尼黑哈拉興骨科醫院脊柱中心主任、歐洲脊柱學會秘書長Siepe教授應邀參會,并作專題演講《內鏡下脊柱手術中粘連的處理方法》。無錫市第九人民醫院脊柱外科副主任張樹軍博士致開場辭,并作專題講課《單側雙通道內鏡在脊柱疾病中的應用》。會議期間,脊柱外科團隊全程專注聆聽,并與Siepe教授就脊柱內鏡手術的臨床經驗及相關進展進行了深入交流。會上,Siepe教授表示,非常享受與中國同道的學術交流,這也讓他回想起此前多次到訪中國醫院的美好經歷。他認為,國際交流是推動醫學進步的關鍵,不僅能夠使他分享德國的臨床經驗,同時也能從他人不同的見解中獲得啟發,實現相互學習、共同提高。在講座結尾,Siepe教授還分享了他們的社交媒體平臺賬號,其中發布了涵蓋從初級到高級的脊柱內鏡手術教學課程,希望通過這一方式,讓更多脊柱同道有機會學習與掌握相關技術。張樹軍主任在交流中表示,他曾作為訪問學者在慕尼黑哈拉興骨科醫院學習,并希望未來科室的青年醫生也能有機會赴德深造,進一步加強雙方在脊柱外科領域的學術合作與交流。
On September 26, the Sino-German Video Conference on Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery was successfully held at Wuxi Ninth People's Hospital(Wuxi Orthopedic Hospital). Prof. Siepe, Head of the Spine Center of Sch?n Klinik München Harlaching, Germany, and the Secretary General of EUROSPINE, was invited to join in this meeting and gave a lecture on “How to deal with Adhesions in Endoscopic Spine Surgery”. Dr. ZHANG Shujun, Deputy Director of the Department of Spine Surgery at Wuxi Ninth People's Hospital, gave a welcome speech and delivered a lecture on “Application of Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy in Spinal Diseases”. During the meeting, the whole spine team was highly attentive and conducted in-depth exchange with Prof. Siepe about clinical experience on endoscopic spinal surgery and relevant academic progress. At the meeting, Prof. Siepe shared that he greatly enjoyed the academic exchanges with Chinese colleagues, which reminded him of his wonderful experience of visiting Chinese hospitals many times before.
He believes that international exchanges are the key to Promote medical advancement. Not only does it enable him to share the German experience, but it also allows him to get inspiration from different opinions, fostering mutual learning and collective improvement. At the end of his lecture, Prof. Siepe also shared the channel of their social media, in which they posted instructional courses on endoscopic spinal surgery covering levels from primary to advanced. He hoped that through this approach, more surgeons in the spine community would have the opportunity to learn and master these techniques. During the meeting, Dr. ZHANG Shujun also shared that he had once visited Sch?n Klinik München Harlaching as a visiting fellow, and hoped that the young doctors in his department would also have the opportunity to study in Germany, thereby enhancing academic cooperation and exchange in the field of spinal surgery between the two parties.
